If there is a pedal that we have that you are interested in, please contact Guitar Pedal Pusher by clicking the E-mail button on the navigation bar. We will need your name, mailing address, the item you wish to purchase, and payment method. We will hold the item for 7 days while we await your payment. Once your payment is received, it will be shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail and insured. Shipping charges on most pedals will be $10.00 for USPS priority mail, insurance, and delivery confirmation. Shipping charges for larger items will vary by size, weight, and insured value, and may require the services of a professional packaging company. Paypal (click for info) payments are shipped next business day.

Warranties and Returns Due to the nature of vintage electronics, we make no warranties, expressed, written, or implied regarding any item for sale on this site. Items are sold on an "as is" basis. Every attempt is made to assure pedals are in good working condition prior to shipping. We do allow a 48 hour approval period. If you try the pedal out and are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us by e-mail and request a return authorization number. Include a brief description why you are requesting a return. Send the item in its original condition and packaging along with a copy of your receipt and the authorization number. Refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee minus all shipping charges. This policy does not apply to items that are described in the listing as having defects, flaws, or requiring repair. Such items are sold on a no return basis. Items damaged through shipping are handled by the carrier.
